Beyond its literal definition, WAJD carries a deeper emotional dimension. It reflects a state of connection, awareness, and inner resonance.

وَجْد هي كلمة عربية تعني الحضور والعثور. تعبّر عن اكتشاف ما له قيمة، سواء كان مادياً أو معنوياً. إلى جانب معناها اللغوي، تحمل الكلمة بعداً عاطفياً عميقاً يرتبط بالإحساس بالاتصال والوعي الداخلي.

في سياق العقار، لا يرمز اسم واجد إلى التملك فقط، بل إلى العثور على مكان ينسجم مع الغاية والهوية والرؤية طويلة الأمد. يجسّد الاسم مفهوم الانتماء والوضوح والحياة المفعمة بالمعنى، ليجعل الحضور جوهر التجربة العقارية.

The challenge was to define a clear identity that communicates authority, depth, and long term thinking while remaining refined and culturally aligned with the Riyadh market.

The identity direction emphasized clarity, structure, and intentional communication, reflecting the company’s analytical approach to land study, environmental evaluation, and feasibility assessment.
